The Challenge

A prominent security force in the region has been using the conventional inventory storage system with manual login/logout books for the issuance and return of the classified communication system and weapons.

The process for issuing and returning of these classified items is time consuming and not effective. Manual data entry and ensuring security of the storage is not compromised took lots of unproductive time and effort.

Additional personnel are required to ensure safe issuing and returning of classified items and all transactions were being logged for security reasons.

As a result, the manual inventory tracking system had caused the delayed in the changing of shift for the security force and additional workload to the storekeeper.

The Solution

 With our experience with high security 2FA system, we were invited to provide a 2FA security storage system for the force. A facial recognition system follows by security card assess (2FA) was implemented before the personnel can access to the system for issuing or returning of the classified items.

All transactions will be logged, notifications and reports can be configured according to user requirements.
